Hey everyone, I'm new to a lot of this. Forums tend to scare me so if this does no belong here then please feel free to remove it or let me know and I will.
Streaming games has been a dream of mine for a long time. I'v always been incredibly intimidated at the thought of doing it. However in the spirit of I can do anything I set my mind to I am going to give it a shot.
I have created a fairly new Twitch.tv account and plan to stream No Man's Sky for PC as will many countless others the day of PC launch. I plan on doing a 12 hour or longer stream. I am going to continue to stream every Monday night around 9:30 pm Central to 12:00 am Central and other nights of the week as my time permits.
I feel bad about promoting and I'm not sure the etiquette on this. However I would love to share my experiences with anyone willing to come hang out.
I am a 29 year old gamer. Have been doing it my whole life. Seriously my whole life. I have a wonderful family, a wife, and 2 very remarkable children. I have been married for 10 years but with my wife for 15 years. I am a Network Administrator and have been working with computers my whole life. I spent 8 years in the military of which I did a 15 month deployment to Iraq and Kuwait in 2006-2007. My channel will be clean and friendly.
The goal for the stream is simple. I am going to play games I enjoy and that i think are fun. This might change from time to time or it might stay the same for a while. I have a feeling No Man's Sky is going to occupy most of my time for a while to come. I have listed a number of games on my page that I own and like to play from time to time. I'm just looking for friends who want to hang out and watch some good video games.
Again I'm new to all this so any advice, comments, and suggestions are greatly appreciated. If your feeling up to it or don't have a copy yet or maybe at work need to watch something please feel to check me out. Chat with me. Ask questions. Tell me things i should try. I look forward to interacting with anyone who might show up.
Edit 1: I don't know how to get it to stop showing my stream in post. If someone could help that would be great.
